Feature Stage
The idea generation stage where we conduct market research based on ideas from the client. We create relevant use cases and document stories based on client feedback gathered during interviews.

Spec Stage
At this stage, we breakdown the specifications for the project, select an appropriate stack after consulting with the client. We document all specifications required for the project at this stage.

Team Stage
We assemble a core team suitable for the project based on their stack familiarization at this stage. We also setup a development pipeline and environment. We also discuss the workflow and assign responsibilities.

Product Development Stage
We focus on identifying all issues to be worked and assign them to team members in a sprint. Development of the product begins at this stage amid code reviews and commits as well as automated testing.

Release Stage
We conduct manual testing and feature verification at this stage.We also document feedback obtained during beta testing with users and work on outstanding issue before release to various platforms.
